Standard Pricing Terms

These Standard Pricing Terms form part of your agreement with us and are incorporated into, and take priority (as to price and plan-specific matters) over, our Business Terms and our Consumer Terms. Words defined in those terms have the same meaning here. If there is any conflict on price or plan detail, these Standard Pricing Terms prevail.

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). For business customers, prices are exclusive of VAT (N90 Labs Limited is registered for VAT under number 516 6542 87), which we add at the applicable rate. For consumers, prices are shown inclusive of VAT where it applies. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

1. Signature Levels and per-document pricing

We provide three Signature Levels. Sending one document for signature is charged as follows (on Pay-As-You-Go, or by consuming Credits — see section 3):

  • AES (Standard)— Advanced Electronic Signature, email one-time-passcode verification, tamper-evident audit trail, PAdES B-LT PDF and evidence bundle. Price per document: £1.00 (1 credit per document).
  • AES + IDV— Everything in AES, plus identity verification of the signatory by passport or driving licence. Price per document: Coming soon(— credits per document).
  • QES (Qualified)— Qualified Electronic Signature supported by an eIDAS-compliant qualified certificate. Price per document: Coming soon(— credits per document).

2. Free allowance

Your first three (3) documents are free. The free allowance is AES only, is counted per sender, and is a one-off lifetime allowance that does not reset or renew.

A free document is only counted once it has been sent for signature; drafts do not use the allowance. No payment card is required to use it.

3. Pay-As-You-Go and Credits

Pay-As-You-Go.

Once your free allowance is used, you pay per document at the per-document price in section 1. Payment is taken before the document is sent; if payment fails, the document is not sent and no charge is taken.

Pay-As-You-Go has no monthly fee and supports up to 10 members at no additional charge.

Prepaid Credit Bundles.

You may buy AES sending capacity in advance. Credits do not expire while your account remains open. One AES document uses one credit; AES + IDV and QES documents use the number of credits shown in section 1.

  • Starter — 10 credits, £10.00. Effective price per AES document: £1.00.
  • Growth — 50 credits, £42.50. Effective price per AES document: £0.85 (save 15%).
  • Scale — 100 credits, £75.00. Effective price per AES document: £0.75 (save 25%).
  • Volume — 500 credits, £325.00. Effective price per AES document: £0.65 (save 35%).

4. Monthly Team Plan

£19.00 per month, including unlimited AES document sending for the workspace and up to 10 members. “Unlimited” is for the normal business use of your licensed users and is subject to fair use and our Acceptable Use Policy (see the fair-use provision in your Terms); it does not permit abusive, automated, bulk or resale use.

Each additional member above 10 is £2.00 per member, per month. Members added or removed mid-period are prorated by Stripe in line with the Team Plan terms.

Includes custom branding and a custom email sender name.

The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. There is no free trial. When available, AES + IDV and QES documents will be charged per document in addition to the subscription.

5. Optional Add-Ons

We may offer optional Add-Ons used to deliver invitations and notifications to signatories (they are not the verification channel):

  • SMS Delivery — coming soon.
  • WhatsApp Delivery — coming soon.

Add-Ons renew with your plan unless cancelled, and are subject to the prices and any specific terms shown when you buy them.

6. Changes to prices

We may change these prices, and introduce prices for new Signature Levels or Add-Ons, by giving at least 30 days' notice. A price change does not affect Credit Bundles you have already purchased, or the price of a subscription billing period for which you have already paid.
